1-on-1 Job-Search Coaching

Both parts included Résumé rewrite + ongoing Q&A Online / over text

Not a recorded course, and not an either/or — both parts are included once you enrol. Résumé work happens over text: send me your latest résumé, I focus on the project section, and key projects come back rewritten for reference (about a week). Then comes a roughly 1–3 month coaching window with Q&A by message as needed, plus one optional ~45-minute mock interview. Alongside that you also get three 1-on-1 online sessions, running from month 3 through to your offer.

Here is what you walk away with:

  • Résumé: used to be vague, with nothing that stood out → a version you can actually submit, where your strengths and the hard parts are visible
  • Projects & delivery: you did the work but couldn't explain it, and fell apart under follow-ups → you can clearly talk through the business context, your own part, and the hard problems

A Résumé Coaching
Part 1 · about 1–3 months

Both parts, no choosing. Part 1: résumé work over text (send your latest résumé after enrolling; key projects come back rewritten for reference, about a week) plus a roughly 1–3 month coaching window of Q&A by message and step-by-step guidance, with one optional ~45-minute mock interview and interview coaching (online meeting). Part 2: three 1-on-1 online sessions — in-depth résumé and direction alignment (30–45 min), an in-depth mock interview plus coaching (about 1 hour), and a consultation (30–60 min) — running from month 3 through to your offer, with custom learning goals and custom projects. Enrolment covers both parts and includes all three resources: the interview knowledge base, the library of 200+ big-tech-grade projects, and the job-hunt notes.
Both — there is nothing to choose between. Enrol in 1-on-1 job-search coaching and both parts are in it. Part 1 is résumé plus text-based Q&A, covering "get the résumé right first, then ask as you apply"; part 2 adds three 1-on-1 online sessions on top of that, plus coaching from your first application all the way to the offer — where to apply, how to debrief after an interview, how to negotiate the offer.
The mock interview and interview coaching in part 1 is a single optional ~45-minute session over an online meeting — book it if you want it. If you don't need it, skip it and just apply and interview as you go. Part 2 already includes an in-depth mock interview among its three 1-on-1 sessions, and that one does need to be scheduled in advance.
The project section is the focus. Most people haven't done nothing — their project entries are just a list of tasks, with no highlights or hard problems, so they fall apart the moment an interviewer digs in. After enrolling, send me your latest résumé; project-related details that don't fit on the résumé can be written up in a document and attached too. Key projects are revised and sent back over text for reference, usually in about a week, and you fold that into your own résumé.
What can be improved gets improved, and if you're short on projects we can add them. The project library holds 200+ big-tech enterprise projects, categorized by real business line and scenario, with project descriptions and tech stacks, readable as soon as you enroll. During the coaching window we'll also look at what to add and how it fits your background.
